Advising Portuguese and Brazilian Executives on job search/career change in Portugal and abroad (Europe, Africa, Arabian Gulf):


A. Our advisory programs aim to assist candidates in proactively seeking a new professional challenge, with the goal of optimizing and shortening their NEW JOB SEARCH timelines:

    1. The programs include a monthly meeting, either in person or via Teams/Zoom/WhatsApp, lasting 30 to 45 minutes, at a day/time/location to be agreed upon, plus necessary remote interactions with each Candidate by Phone and Email to ensure proper guidance and monitoring of their New Job Search.

    2. Optimization of the CV and cover letter in Portuguese, and possible external translation of the new version into English, Spanish, or French.

    3. Building/optimizing the LinkedIn profile and demonstrating how candidates can leverage this professional network to connect with DECISION-MAKERS.

    4. Advising on the choice of potential next professional steps, in line with each Candidate’s career objectives and our know-how about opportunities in different countries/sectors/functional areas, for professionals with their background.

    5. Personalized, in-person consulting actions with each Candidate to prepare them for maximizing their interactions and presentations to potential employers.

    6. Identification of events where Candidates can meet and gain the trust of DECISION-MAKERS at companies and institutions with hiring power.

    7. Providing Excel databases so that Candidates can send personalized and well-targeted CVs and cover letters, including the names of DECISION-MAKERS, phone numbers, emails of contacts, websites of target companies with job openings, and LinkedIn links of a vast number of DECISION-MAKERS based in Portugal and abroad.

    8. At a later stage and upon request, we can also assist Candidates in negotiating salary packages with potential employers.

a. Searching for "business partners" for foreign Entrepreneurs wishing to start businesses in Portugal.

b. Advising Entrepreneurs on launching startups in Portugal (support in company formation and in finding their first significant clients, introductions to Communication companies and Editors of newspapers and magazines, Accounting and Tax firms, Lawyers, etc.).

c. Supporting Portuguese and foreign Entrepreneurs in identifying, analyzing, buying/selling companies or businesses in Portugal in sectors such as industry, hospitality, consumer goods, transportation/logistics, agribusiness, technology, etc., including introductions to senior consultants with vast know-how in the relevant sectors, renowned M&A, Legal, and Tax advisors.
