Executive Advisory in seeking new professional challenges, as wage and / or as freelance Consultants in Portugal and abroad (Europe, Africa and the Arabian Gulf). We support dissatisfied professional and / or available persons in the search for a new professional challenge in order to accelerate and optimize this mission.
These programs foresee making about 1-2 face to face meetings / month, plus the necessary interactions at a distance with each professional by telephone and mail, with a view to providing proper personalized advice, including:

1.  Optimizing the CV + Presentation Letter + Linkedin Profile, according to the applicant's professional goals.

2.  Assistance to the professional as to the choice positions to which they should apply and in which countries and markets / functions to do so.

3.  The in person consulting efforts are aimed at the preparation of the professionals for their presentation to potential direct or indirect employers, including the transmission of various elements of relevant information for their performance in interviews.

4.  Identification of events where professionals can meet / find DECISION MAKERS with the power to hire in Portugal and in several foreign countries.

5.  Offer of 14 best-selling book summaries on the themes of:
• How to succeed in finding jobs;
• Career Management;
• Personal Help.

6.  Offering direct and general contacts, database managers and directors of companies in Portugal and countries with strong appetite for hiring Portuguese professionals, so they can send their unsolicited applications.

7.  Constant updates on leads / vacancies and ideas in order to speed up the process of obtaining interviews with managers and "decision makers who are most likely to hire professionals with the "background" of the candidate.

Recruiting executive seniors and graduates of Angolan, Mozambican and Cape Verdian nationality.

1.  Recruitment of general and functional management frameworks for companies based mostly abroad (Angola / Mozambique).

2.  Identification of graduated personnel of Angola, Cape Verde and Mozambique to prominent positions in Africa.

3.  Identification of Portuguese, Angolan / Mozambique professionals for presentation or introduction to foreign recruitment companies, not present in our country, but who have clients with operations in Portugal, Angola, Mozambique and Cape Verde.
